P1060486 (2)Hello Everyone

I’m back for two posts tonight.

My first is a Christmas card featuring Papertrey Inks Year Flowers – Pointsettitas stamped with Delicata Golden Glitz Ink on red card. set. I used the same ink to do a kind of water colouring on the image and to add some splatters in the background.

The challenges are: CAS-ual Fridays CFC178 – Christmas in July, AAA Cards CAS Game #94 One layer colour cardstock, Cardz 4 Galz – Christmas,  TCP Tuesday Challenge #337 – Christmas in July and STAMPlorations – Stamps & Warm Colours.

I live in sunny Queensland, Australia with my husband and daughter. Since I was a child, I have always loved to create and have enjoyed all kinds of crafts, sewing and painting. China painting helped develop my understanding of colour and design. Over the last few years card making has taken up a major part of my crafting time as I love to play with new techniques and mediums. Since beginning my blog, entering various challenges has encouraged me to grow my skills and creativity.
