Happy birthday circle shaker

Tonight is a quick shaker card using My Favourite  Things dies. The circle was cut from black card and had Wink of Stella added as were the small plain stars, so they matched the paper strip.

I hope you like it.  I thought it was really bright and happy and suitable for anyone.

Challenges:  My Favorite Things MFTSC345, Just Us Girls #406 – Shine, Simon Says Stamps Monday – Happy Birthday and Paru’s Card Making – Anything Goes.

Thanks for taking the time to visit

Wishing you a fabulous birthday

P1060514 (2)Hi

I love this simple card and its pretty colours.

It features the Flourishes Stamp – Enjoy the Ride. Because of the pastel colours I  decided to keep it simple with a stripe paper background.

Challenges: CAS(E) this sketch CTS#234, Color Throwdown #ctd:455, Cardz 4 Galz – Pastels, Addicted to Stamps and More – Clean and Simple, Simon Says Stamps Monday – Birthday and Simon Says Stamps Wednesday – For a Child.

Sending Hugs

P1060512 (2)Hello Friends

This card uses a piece coloured with Brusho  powders. from my stash which I sprayed with Tattered Angels Gimmer Mist to add that little bit of shine.

I decided to use it to highlight my new Penny Black Creative Die – hidden hearts and hugs die cut out of glitter paper. Some of the tiny hearts from the centre were added above the sentiment.  It’s really lovely and shiny IRL. I hope this close up helps a little.

P1060510 (2)Hi there

Just a quick post tonight featuring Papertrey Ink – Harvest Berries stamp.

I used Distress Inks to make a small smooched background  section and then stamped the image with Memento Ink. I used Distress Inks mixed with Perfect Pearls Water to lightly colour the leaves followed by Wink of Stella. It’s very difficult to see how pretty it looks.

Hi there

Tonight’s card was created after looking at a couple of different challenges and finding a scrap of card with Distress summer colours.

I then stamped the pineapples (a little set from Aldi) and ice blocks (from Hero Arts Lia Griffith Mini Clear Set) and coloured them with copics. They were finished with Glossy Accents.

Challenges:  Freshly Made Sketches – 299, Less is More -#340 Tropical Fruits, CASology cue card  – Juicy and Simon Says Stamps – Monday – Food &/or Drink.

Have a great week
