Merry Christmas – Tag

Tonight’s Christmas card uses a very old and well used cheap shop foam stamp for the lights. The tag is an old Stampin’ Up set.  They have been coloured with Tombow markers.  I added glossy accents to the lights.

Don’t Open Until DECEMBER 25 – Tag

It is that time of year and I have been busy making  some Christmas cards.  This gift card is  one of them.  I just love white on white any time but especially at Christmas.

The top tag uses a texture paste background onto which I added Memory Box – Quinn Flourish die and a Kaisercraft embossed tag.  White Wink of Stella added some extra shine to the die cut and paste snow dots. So shiny IRL.

Challenges: Simon Says Stamps – Wednesday Challenge – Snow White, CAS on Friday – Challenge #120 – Numbers, The Merry Christmas Challenge – # 42 Anything Goes + Christmas – Optional: SNOW and Wednesday’s Creative Inspirations – Challenge 283 – Sparkle!

Happy Birthday – Daisy on Kraft

P1060948Hello again

On this card I was playing with my Prismacolor pencils on Kraft cardstock.

The flowers are Altnew’s Spring Daisy set and Mama Elephant – Birthday Wishes sentiment. IRL the sentiment is very pretty with a little shine, as it is stamped using Brilliance Lightning Black ink.

Challenges: Seize the Birthday – Kraft Topping, Curtain Call – November 1 – Cider and Welcome to Crafting From the Heart – CHALLENGE 182 – Anything goes.

Thanks for being so supportive

With love…

I had lots of fun playing with my Brusho colours and came up with a very colourful piece which I have used as a background for this card.  I gold heat embossed Penny Black ‘Soft Whisper’ .  I feel its abstract leaf patterns really play well against the background. It is finished with a  butterfly from Mamma Elephant and a gold die cut sentiment mounted on a vellum strip.

Challenges:  Just Us Girls – Photo Week #417, Inspired by all the little Things #70 Dies R Us – Challenge #84 – Anything Fall  and Paper Players – #638 – Tic Tac Toe – (gold / butterfly / shine).
