Hello and welcome
After visiting Papertrey Ink Make It Monday with Dawn McVey, I’ve had some fun playing with some acrylic paints (Kaisercolour – Sea Breeze and Silver) to create the background for this card, as well as a strip for the sides.
The next thing was to stamp Papertrey Ink Harvest Berries onto die cut white card. First in Delicata Silver ink and the second silver heat embossed.
A stitched strip using Paper Rose die was then heat embossed with the sentiment from an old There She Goes Stamp set – Sweet Pea.
The die cut leaves were then arranged above and below the strip using various heights of raised tape.
This panel was then attached to the background and card front and finished with some gems.
I was really pleased with the way it turned out. I took some photos at various angles to try to show the lovely sheen the whole card has.
Thanks so much for visiting
Have a great week
Helen
