Hello and welcome
I’m back to remind you about the Penny Black Saturday September Challenge! This month the theme is Anything Goes (Optional ‘Your Favourite Colour’). I hope you have a chance to join in the fun!
My card features PB Stamp image – Soft Whisper stamped on watercolour paper in Worn Lipstick Distress Ink, spritzed with water), using my Misti.
Once I was happy with the colour and the panel was dry, I used a Wow embossing pen to add some random additions which were then gold embossed.
The sentiment is from PB – Sprinkles and Smiles stamp set and gold embossed on vellum. Altnew Fine Frames Dies were cut from gold card. The smallest was glued to the vellum to frame the sentiment, and then the vellum was trimmed.
The main panel was attached to the card front, with gold card addition, with fun foam. The sentiment was then added.
I was happy with the way it turned out. The pink branches reminds me of the flowers falling from the branches in spring and the gold makes me think of the sun flinting between the leaves
