Make a Wish

Hello and welcome

Today I’m sharing a birthday card featuring Uniko products.

After stamping Uniko Spring Botanicals Snowdrop on some grey / green card, I decided to play with my Prismacolour pencils. I haven’t used them in a while.

I white heat embossed sentiments from MFT Celebrate with Cake set sentiments.

Then the Uniko – Big and Bold Wish was used for the eclipse technique, layering it on white card for extra definition.

I still have a way to go with my pencil colouring, but on the way!! 🙂

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit.  I love to read your comments.

Stay safe and have a good day

Cheers

Helen

I live in sunny Queensland, Australia with my husband and daughter. Since I was a child, I have always loved to create and have enjoyed all kinds of crafts, sewing and painting. China painting helped develop my understanding of colour and design. Over the last few years card making has taken up a major part of my crafting time as I love to play with new techniques and mediums. Since beginning my blog, entering various challenges has encouraged me to grow my skills and creativity.

  1. What a perfect card…from your colouring to the colour scheme to the large ‘Wish’ in the centre. I love it all. Thanks for playing along with us this month at AAA Birthday.

  2. Love, love the grey base and these flowers work perfectly with it. Coloured so well with these pencils but my main delight is the way you have incorporated in sentiment hidden but somehow my eye is drawn to it-very creative Helen. Thanks for celebrating with us at Time Out.
