Today I am sharing another card using a Uniko stamp.
I have always loved the Spring Botanicals Snowdrop stamp and I had lots of fun playing with a different loose watercolouring of the image, using Distress inks. At first I wasn’t sure but in the end I thought it was ok. I must try it more. I do love the colours.
I thought it needed something soft for a background so the panel could take centre stage, so I used Altnew Leaf Frame Cove die in white card. It was then layered on the card front and then a panel of vellum was added over the top.
The snowdrop panel was then added to the top with fun foam for dimension.
The sentiment is from Uniko – Floral Vines stamp set stamped in 2 Distress inks.

Today, I hav another baby card I made featuring the sweet little bear image from PB – Key to My Heart stamp set.
After stamping and Distress no-line watercolouing, the image was fussy cut.
After cutting the front panel, SSS – Building Hearts Stencil was used to create the soft background, along with the garland stamp from the set.
A scrap of stripe DP was added for a border for the bear to sit on along with a strip using a punch.
I loved the sweet images in this set.

Today I’m back for Watercooler Wednesday. It is with a heavy heart to say that this will be the last challenge from WCW. I have loved working with the wonderful Design Team members and seeing all the amazing creations they and you have created for each of our challenges. It is fitting that Heidi is hosting this Watercooler Wednesday Challenge: Celebrating the End!
My card features Newton’s Donut stamp set. This is one I loved straight away. My daughter has just had a sweet little kitten join their family, so this image combined 2 of her favourite things – the kitten and donuts!! A winner!!
After stamping, copic colouring (like her kitten) and fussy cutting, I added Glossy Accents over the icing.
Next I stamped Technuique Tuesday large letters and fussy cut them before running them through with SSS – Stitched Whirl Background die to add some interest. I added some inking to the edges.
The background was a pretty colour that worked with the donut, so for interest I stamped some of the sprinkles from the stamp set randomly once in Versamark ink and then in a Disteress ink. Sadly it didn’t photograph well and it’s difficult to see. (Especially when it is sized down to fit the blog post) It’s pretty IRL.
Lastly, I cut the MFT – birthday from a scrap of packaging I loved.
Then it was just a matter of putting it together. I placed the letters to look like the kitten had knocked them over as she swung in the donut!!
I hope it brought you a smile!!!

I had lots of fun with HA – Bouquet Fancy and Curiosity Silhouette Fancy Dies. They arrived late last year, but I hadn’t had a chance to use them before. I’m sure they will be used a lot now I can see how beautiful they are.
After die cutting, I coloured the die cuts with Distress Inks and then added them to another die cut for stability.
I also cut a white circle using Spellbinders circle die and used second generation stamping to add text from HA- Friends background stamp.
It was then time to arrange the flowers onto the die cuts.
I cut a black circle frame using the 2 closest sized dies from the same set.
Kasiercraft – Texture Bricks die was cut from white card and added to the card front for interest and texture.
The sentiment was from HA – Special Note of Thanks stamp set.
I hope you like this card as much as I do.

Today’s card features a super cute image from PB -Cuddlesome stamp set.
After stamping and Distress watercolouring, I fussy cut the rabbit and butterflies. Wink of Stella was added to the butterflies and some Jelly Roll pen on the ropes.
On the card front a large heart mask overlapping the card front was added so clouds could be stencilled using Distress Ink and MFT – cloud stencil.
The little rabbit was then glued to the front so he looks like he is swinging in the heart. I randomly added the extra butterflies.
The sentiment die is also from Penny Black. It was layered up andhad Wink of Stella added for a little added shine.
I loved this sweet set as soon as I saw it.

My card features a stamp from the Australian Company – Paper Rose – Snugglepot & Cuddlepie – Little Things Stamp Set. (Snugglepot and Cuddlepie are characters from a well known Australian story written and illustrated by May Gibbs, first published in 1917.) The illustrations are wonderful featuring the Australian bush!
After stamping, I coloured the images with pencils and fussy cut them.
I then cut 2 circles using MFT circle dies. On the smallest, inked some clouds suing MFT cloud stencil and the sentiment from the set. The circles were then layered on each other.
The card front was covered with yellow and white card. The images were added to the front along with some ribbon and the layered circles.
I thought this card was perfect to celebrate the arrival of twins.

I was pleased with how bright and happy today’s card is. Just perfect for that special friend for any occasion.
I started by gold heat embossing the Paper Rose – Mandala Ornament stamp. I then used Picked Raspberry, Fossilized Amber, Slaty Ocean and Wilted Violet Distress inks to paint wet washes of colour to form a rainbow of colours, being sure to wash the colour out to the edges of the panel.
It was then sprayed lightly with Glimmer Mist- Bubbles spray, which has a light blue tinge, to give it a lovely shimmer.
The ‘hello’ die from Paper Rose was cut from the bottom of the panel and from white card.
The heat embossed sentiment is from an old “There She Goes’ stamp set.
The panel was then added to a white card front and the ‘hello’ was layered up with the white and then topped with the coloured die cut.
