Hello and welcome
Welcome back to an new challenge over at Happy Little Stampers – Anything Goes with Dies – June. I hope you’ll join in the fun this month!
My card is a simple design featuring heat embossing of this little Scottie dog in black and white on the red card. The little dog came from a cheap stamp set from Aldi.
To overcome the problems of black heat embossing, I stamped first in black and then in clear embossing powder.
The cared front was then cut with the Stitched Rectangle Die.
The MFT Happy die was cut from the card front, before attaching it to a white card front. Three more die cuts were also made and layered into the card front for the eclipse technique.
The ‘birthday’ sentiment from MFT was stamped on white card and added below the die cut.
Time to head over to our blog to check out the great work by the rest of the Design Team! Good luck with your entries!
Cheers
Helen

So fab Helen, love the repeated heat embossed image, I thought it must have been design paper when I originally saw your card.

What adorable little scotties, they remind me of the Scotty Dog magnets that we used to have as a kid where one was black and one was white. Your card is wonderful!! This is the perfect take on the challenge, thank you so much for participating this week at the Mod Squad Challenge
