WWC227 – Michelle’s “All About Occasions” Challenge

 

Hello again and welcome

It’s time for a new challenge over at Watercooler Wednesday. This week is Michelle’s  “All About Occasions Challenge”. So I hope you will find the time to share your work!

My card this week is a baby card, so I kept the colours soft.

To begin I stamped the buttons border stamp (an old wood block stamp from a local company) on the bottom of a card panel,  watercoloured using Tombow markers, before fussy cutting along the bottom.

Along the bottom of the card front is a  strip of check DP.

The button panel was then attached above the DP, raising the bottom section with tape.

A circle was cut front the same DP and stamped with the sentiment. The tag was also stamped using images from a little cheap set, and edged with pale blue ink.  Both were then added to the front with raised tape.

A larger button with a white twine bow was attached to the end of the tag, and a smaller blue one added to the sentiment on the tag.
