Hello and welcome
A new month and time for the June Challenge over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge! To celebrate PBSC’s 16th Birthday this month our theme is Happy Birthday ! But as always you can play along with Anything Goes!! I hope you will have fun and help us celebrate this milestone!
As usual, we are sponsored by the awesome.
I decided to make a mini card / tag this week. It features PB – Bejeweled Cling Stamp stamped on watercolour paper with Distress Markers, sprayed with water. I added more definition with Inktense pencils.
The twine was added for some extra dimension along with a small gold embossed Birthday stamp from “Fundamentals – Mini Elements” stamp.
The frame was cut from black card using Spellbinders Nestabilities – Captivating Squares. A small folded white card was added to the back of the panel to form the mini card before the floral panel was added. I think this fancy die makes it look like a picture frame for the watercolour florals.
The sentiment inside the card is from PB Heartfelt stamp set.

Fantastic Helen. Love these watercolour looking flowers from PB. June is my birthday month too! I’m away for a long weekend – so can’t wait to get home and pull out some of my Penny Black stamps and have a play in the challenge.
