Hello and welcome
I’m back with another challenge over at HLS Watercolour Challenge for March, 2020 with the fun optional twist of FLOWERS! However, anything watercolour is just fine.
This week, I was playing with Altnew’s Build-A-Flower: Cattleya.
After stamping in Gina K’s Obsidian Ink, I watercoloured with Altnew inks, before die cutting with the co-ordinating die.
The background used Clarity Stencils – Abstract Squares inked in Hero Arts – Charcoal Ink with blending brushes.
Simply Dies _ Happy Birthday was die cut and inked to match the background.
The flowers were then attached to the background.
Quite a quick and simple card, but I think the background really brings it to life.
Please head over to our blog and check out the wonderfully inspirational work by the rest of the Design Team! I hope you will find the time to join our challenge this month.
I look forward to seeing what you create! Good luck!
Thanks so much for taking the time to visit. I love to read your comments.
Wishing you a great week!!!
Cheers
Helen
