Hello and welcome
Today it’s time for our new challenge over at Watercooler Wednesday! This week it is Kath’s Challenge –Anything with a Feminine Twist.
I had lots of fun playing with Hero Arts – ‘ My Monthly Hero’ January 2019, this week!
I had decided to use a bike as a focus on my card, but wanted to try for a non- obtrusive background. For that reason I stamped the shop front in grey and used grey scale copics to add some details.
The bike and pots were stamped, die cut and copic coloured and then arranged to make the scene. I did trim a little more off the bottom of the die cut flowers.
I did add one pot from a very old Hero Arts – ‘Flower Garden Border’ wood block stamp, which I coloured and fussy cut.
The Sentiment Hero Arts – ‘Beautiful Day Agapanthus’ was white heat embossed on black.
Inside I added another old wood block stamp from Hero Arts.
I was happy with the way this card came together.
Don’t forget to head over to our blog to check out the wonderful inspiration from the rest of our Design Team.
I look forward to seeing what you create this week!
Thanks so much for taking the time to visit. I love to read your comments.
Have a great day
Cheers
Helen
