Hello and welcome
It’s the first of April, so it’s time for HLS Watercolour Challenge for April 2022. As always it’s Anything Goes so long as it features watercolour. So easy to join in!
I started by stamping the daisy from HA – Daisy and Bugs stamp set 3 times and no-line watercoloured them with Distress Ink – Picked Raspberry, before fussy cutting them.
I added some ink smooching along the side of the card front panel.
Once dry I added 2 strips of black card down the side before adhering the daisies.
The sentiment is from HA – Florals Rose Stem stamp set.
I love daisies and they look so bright fresh on this card.

I do like how striking this is Helen. The colouring is superb and I think the idea of the 2 different black strips works to add drama to the card. By the way…keep your eye open for some snail mail from London!!
