Hello and welcome
I’m back with the February Challenge over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge! The theme is Anything Goes (Optional – Hearts &/ or Flowers).

My card features the beautiful Spontaneous Joy stamped using Distress Inks.
Once the panel was cut down, I added a strip of vellum with the sentiment from Special Thoughts stamp set heat embossed in black.
It was finished with a few jewels.
