WWC276 – Marsha’s Challenge: Anything Goes with a Masculine Twist

Hello and welcome

Today it’s time for the next challenge over at Watercooler Wednesday!  This week  it is Marsha’s Challenge: Anything Goes with a Masculine Twist.

My fun card features an image from MFT – Warm & Feathered Hugs. This cute little guy was stamped, water coloured and fussy cut!

The letters are cut from white cardstock using MFT Die-namics – Wish die.

The sentiments are from MFT – Bitty Bears and Uniko – Big & Bold – Wish Stamp Sets.

The card front was covered in black card and the letters were arranged down the front replacing the ‘i’ with the owl.

The strip of kraft card fitted under the owl for him to perch on and made to look as though it balanced on the ‘s’ and ‘h’. (I hope it looked that way! LOL!)

A very CAS card for me!:)

Don’t forget to head over to our blog to check out the wonderful inspiration from the rest of our Design Team.

I look forward to seeing what you create this week!

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit.  I love to read your comments.

Stay safe in these difficult times and have a good day

Cheers

Helen

I live in sunny Queensland, Australia with my husband and daughter. Since I was a child, I have always loved to create and have enjoyed all kinds of crafts, sewing and painting. China painting helped develop my understanding of colour and design. Over the last few years card making has taken up a major part of my crafting time as I love to play with new techniques and mediums. Since beginning my blog, entering various challenges has encouraged me to grow my skills and creativity.

  1. This layout is so much fun, Helen! I love the fun angle of the sentiment and how that flag is tucked into the S and behind the H. So cool! Thanks for playing along with CASology this week!
